Biography

As Director of Operations, Erin maintains operational excellence, which allows the managing partners to focus on strategic initiatives.

This includes overseeing financial regulation compliance, ensuring appropriate licensing of Advisors, management of events, marketing, client relationship management, and development of new prospects. Duties also include leadership of an office coordinator, assigning priorities, ensuring accountability for deliverables, and performance management.

Erin promotes SharpePoint’s philosophy that each client should feel like they are the only client.
